The way patients look for a clinic has changed a lot. People used to walk in after seeing a sign; now they search on their phones, read reviews, and even book entirely online. Lately, more and more people ask AI like ChatGPT, "Can you recommend a good [specialty] clinic near here?"

So being found in search, being recommended by AI, and how easily that leads to a booking all matter more and more. We try to go beyond simply building a website — we want to think through the whole structure that lets patients find you naturally and reach out or book with ease.

A Little Setup Online Goes a Long Way

Most clinics are in one of two situations: either they don't have a website yet or built one a while ago, or they have a website but still take bookings by phone or by hand.

Map integration. We connect with Naver and Kakao Maps so patients can find you with ease.

A clinic app or a medical startup service app. We build in the features that fit your purpose — booking, notifications, memberships, payments, and more. From web to iOS, Android, and desktop, we'll help based on what we've learned building these ourselves.

What We Care About

First, we start by looking at how patients actually come to this particular clinic. Rather than following whatever design is trendy, we try to find the approach that fits this clinic.

Second, we try to include what this clinic genuinely needs first. That keeps the cost and timeline reasonable, and makes things a little easier to manage later.

Third, you can take it step by step. Opening, renewing, and building a startup each call for different things, and you don't have to do it all at once. You can handle the urgent parts first and add the rest when you have room.

How We Work

First, we talk briefly to line up what you need right now and roughly what your budget and timeline are. Then we give you a quote and estimated schedule that includes only what's needed. While we build, we keep sharing progress so you're never seeing the result for the first time at the very end. After it's finished, we'll walk you through how to use it and continue to help with ongoing management.
