Child Safety Standards

Medverse maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit child sexual abuse material and any content, conduct, or contact that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors anywhere on the platform. These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to such material and conduct, and how we cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities.

Our Commitment

Medverse is a professional networking platform intended for adults. We do not permit accounts, posts, messages, images, video, or links that involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, grooming, sextortion, the solicitation of minors, or the trafficking of minors. We comply with all applicable child safety laws in every region where the service is available, and we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant regional and national authorities.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material in any form, including images, video, illustrations, computer-generated content, and text.
  • Sexualization of minors, including suggestive depictions or descriptions of any person under the age of 18.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to establish sexual contact with a minor.
  • Sextortion or the threat to share intimate imagery of a minor.
  • Trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Links, references, or directions to off-platform child sexual abuse material.

Prevention and Detection

  • Medverse is an adults-only service; registration requires users to be of legal age.
  • Our Terms of Service and Community Standards explicitly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, and violations result in immediate account termination.
  • We operate a moderation process that reviews reported accounts, posts, and messages, and we remove violating content and accounts.
  • Confirmed child sexual abuse material is preserved as required by law and reported to the appropriate authorities.

In-App Reporting

Any user can report child safety concerns directly within the app. Posts, comments, messages, and user profiles include a report control that lets users flag content or conduct that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor. Reports are routed to our moderation team for prompt review and action. Users may also contact us directly at the address below.

Reporting to Authorities

When we identify apparent child sexual abuse material, we act promptly to remove it, preserve the relevant evidence as required by law, and report it to the relevant regional and national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in the United States and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions. We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement.
