• Clinicians must hold a valid medical license, pharmacy registration, or equivalent professional credential in their jurisdiction.
• Organizations must be legally registered entities in their respective country and must complete our organization verification process before accessing organization-specific features.

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You may not share your account or impersonate any other person or entity.

4. Use of the Platform

5. Payments and Fees

• Payments must be made in advance where applicable to access paid services or premium features.
• Organizations agree to applicable listing or subscription fees as outlined at the time of purchase.
• Any applicable service fees or deductions will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Missed sessions without proper notice may be non-refundable.

• Medverse is not liable for any decisions made based on content shared by users on the Platform.

• Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

For the real estate marketplace, Medverse acts as an online marketplace intermediary and hosting platform and is not a party to or a broker of any transaction. The accuracy of listing details and all responsibility arising from a transaction lie with the lister and the parties involved. Medverse does not guarantee the facts, price, or terms of any listing.
