맞은편에는 현대건설과 포스코건설에서 재건축을 시작한 아파트 단지가 있으며, 가까운 거리에 8000세대를 추가건설한다고 발표하였습니다.
저희 다우빌딩은 2017년 메디컬빌딩으로 건축하여 건강검진센터, 피부과, 정신건강의학과, 신장내과(신장투석실), 이비인후과, 치과가 있으며, 약국, 안경원, 커피숍이 있습니다.
